I just delete the people that I don't talk to regularly, and hide the ones that I want or need to stay in touch with, who post annoying things. There are enough customizable privacy settings to manage your information, pictures, and posts the way you want... All that said, I admittedly spend far too much time on there.

I'm a little jealous of your strength. I've threatened to do the same a dozen times, but just can't look away from the train wreck....just.yet.
